Q: How long are images kept in Zeemage?

Files are kept for 1 month by default. You can change the automatic cleaning cycle at any time in Settings > Account. Favorite images are never deleted automatically.

Q: How does sharing with a link work?

A share link shows up to 1 week of history and 500 images. Viewers do not need a Zeemage account.

Q: What are automatic tags?

Zeemage's AI adds automatic tags such as Mammal, Bird, Person, Vehicle and Fire to images. They are marked with a brain symbol and work in filters and notifications.

Q: Which browsers does Zeemage support?

Zeemage works in all modern browsers including Edge, Chrome, Safari, Opera and Firefox. If your browser is at most 2 years old and you still have problems, contact support.

1. Create an account

Register with a Google, Apple, or email account. New accounts include a free trial period.

2. Connect your camera

Give the camera your Zeemage feed email address (email or MMS). Found in: Settings > Camera settings.

3. View your images

The Gallery shows your image history and filters. The Control room shows images the moment they arrive.

4. Notifications and sharing

Turn on notifications and select cameras. Share by link (no account needed) or via a group (requires an account).

Good to know

Files are kept for 1 month by default — change the cleaning cycle any time in Settings > Account.
Favorite images are never deleted automatically.
Deleted images stay in the trash for 8 hours, during which you can cancel the deletion.
