The rules for using Zeemage: your account, subscriptions, acceptable use, and what you can expect from us.
You keep ownership of everything you upload — Zeemage claims no ownership of your images and videos.
A free trial, then a limited free tier. Paid plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
The free trial and the free plan with basic features let you get to know the service before you commit. In addition, under certain legislation (e.g. in the EU) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with a refund for the unused days.
You are responsible for the legality of the footage you upload — including other people appearing in it — and for your own backups.

Privacy Policy
What personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under the GDPR.
Your content lives on Microsoft Azure within the EEA. No advertising or analytics services are used.
Uploaded images are analyzed for motion and object detection only — no facial recognition or biometrics anywhere.
You choose how long files are kept, and favorites are never deleted automatically. Inactive accounts are removed after 13 months.
Access, correct, delete, or export your personal data — most of it directly from your account settings.

Withdrawal & Cancellation
Your 14-day right of withdrawal where consumer law provides it, and how to cancel your subscription at any time.
The 14-day withdrawal right is offered only where consumer-protection law requires it, such as for consumers in the EU. Where it applies, you can withdraw within 14 days of starting a paid subscription — the subscription ends immediately and the unused time is refunded.
Ordinary cancellation is always available: auto-renewal stops and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Both actions are behind the Cancel subscription button in your account settings. Within the first 14 days you see both choices with exact amounts and dates.
When you upgrade, you are asked whether paid service should start immediately. If it does and you later withdraw, you pay proportionally only for the days already used. Every withdrawal and cancellation is confirmed by email.
Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do with Zeemage: the rules that keep the service safe and legal for everyone.
Upload only material you have the right to use and that complies with the law — including the privacy of people appearing in it.
No attempts to break, overload, or bypass the service's security — and no spam, malware, or other malicious content.
No harassing, infringing, or harmful use. Accounts that break these rules can be limited or closed.
